The key to our continued success has always been the people at Parkgate Estates. We aim not to be your stereotypical estate agents. We are mature and experienced agents who know the area well having lived and even been schooled locally. Being embedded in the community is paramount to us, as there are only some things you can appreciate when you live in the area. Whether it’s sponsoring the local cricket team or a fireworks event, we have a long history of investing in our community.

FLEXIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY

Being flexible for you is extremely important to us. If you can only meet in the mornings or evenings we can accommodate you, and if you have an emergency, we will be there too as there is always a member of the Parkgate Estates team or a local contractor who lives round the corner!

we decided that we wanted to do things differently, putting the customer at the centre of all we do. So, whether you are selling, letting, buying or renting, we promise that you will always receive honest advice that will benefit you and remove any unnecessary stress. We are not target based, so we aim to listen to your criteria and work to get the best fit for you as a vendor, landlord, buyer or potential tenant.

There are some simple rules we follow to ensure all parties get the best service – our team is fully industry trained and have the relevant qualifications, and all viewings are conducted by full-time members of our team who know both the properties and the local area inside out.

We have had a wonderful experience with Parkgate and would highly recommend them. Chris was brilliant on the valuation – what we liked is he was totally honest about our chances of selling and gave us the positives and negatives about our property (such as facing a council estate!).
