What are the allAgents awards?
Funded by allAgents – the UK’s largest customer review website for the property industry – the awards allow everyone on the site’s directory to be automatically entered, in turn making it the ‘UK’s largest free customer awards scheme for property industry’.
This is important because the free nature of the awards means winners achieve recognition based entirely on feedback from clients, who use the site to share their customer service experiences.
To be eligible for an award, an agent must meet a ‘minimum review target of AllAgent’s 4 star band, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above’.
Parkgate has an overall 5-star rating on the site thanks to 211 5-star reviews left by customers. What’s more, we’ve been given a 84% valuation accuracy and a 97% fee satisfaction rating, while 99% of customers would recommend us to someone else. Even now, a lot of business is still achieved through word of mouth and recommendations, so being an agency that customers are happy to recommend to others is something we pride ourselves on.
