We advertise all our properties on the major portals of Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and PrimeLocation giving you the maximum exposure to the market. Additionally, all of our properties have professional photos so you can see the whole room, but more importantly they all have floorplans and in most cases video tours, so you know what you are looking at. We present you with honest factual information to help your search.

KEEPING YOUR HOME SAFE

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

During a tenancy you will have a dedicated property manager who will work in branch, so you can always speak to the same person. As we know our properties personally, we can avoid any unnecessary call-out charges and make sure any issues are dealt with efficiently and promptly. We do not earn any referral fees from our contractors and in most cases get discounted rates, so you can rest assured your property is in safe hands. You will receive copies of third party invoices, so you know you are getting value for money.

We also offer a full project management/refurbishment service, so if you need a new kitchen, bathroom or roof, we are able to manage the process for you.

IN CONTROL

All landlords will have an online login so they can see what is happening with their properties. Rental payments, ongoing repairs and even signing documents are all able to be done at the click of a button, putting you in control of your rental property 24/7. However, if you prefer, we are always on hand to help on the phone or in person.

We have had a wonderful experience with Parkgate and would highly recommend them. Chris was brilliant on the valuation – what we liked is he was totally honest about our chances of selling and gave us the positives and negatives about our property (such as facing a council estate!). Other agents tend to just gush over the good bits which is great, but actually not that helpful.

The selling process was great – we were given good feedback from the viewings and got the price we wanted within about 8 weeks.
